To place an order on this website you will need to be an ACCOUNT HOLDER with Glenway Products Ltd, this is a Trade Only website.
Once your account has been setup you will be issued with a password to use along with your registered email address. You can change your password at any time using the account admin option on the website.
When you are logged in to our system you can select products using either the traditional browsing method via the Store Sections, or via our Fastrack option.
You can use the website to check available stock levels or to place your orders 24 hours a day.
Our Fastrack option is the quickest way to place your order, simply enter the product code that you require in the box next to the fast track logo along with a quantity, this will then be added to your basket. You can add as many lines of product as you require. You can return to the Fastrack feature at any time by clicking the Fastrack logo above the Store Sections on the left.
Once you are finished simply proceed to the checkout area. You will then be asked to confirm an address for delivery and you will then be able to submit and send your order.
PLEASE NOTE: you will need to provide a complete address and your full contact details in order to process an order through the system. Once you have been successful you will be provided with an order number that you should quote if contacting us about your order.
Orders arriving on our system via the Fastrack will be immediately available for our team to process and will be given the Fastrack through our system.
